SHIPPING TIMES

We are working around the clock to get your orders out as soon as possible however during this peak time, there may be some delays.

Any orders that any personalised items or custom orders placed after 4th December 2024, may not be delivered before Christmas due to high demand and production time.

If you are requiring your order urgently, we recommend you selecting Express Post at check out, we will endeavour to prioritise any Express orders but we absolutely cannot guarantee before Christmas even with Express if placed after 4th December./

DELIVERY DELAYS

Our carriers are working through a peak shipping season, therefore there may be some delays. Unfortunately delays from the carrier may occur from time to time and this is out of our control. We have access to the same tracking details that you do so unfortunately, do not have any further information regarding parcel whereabouts. Australia Post are working around the clock to get your orders to you and we can not stress this enough - delivery times are completely out of our control.  You can find further updates on the Australia Post website here
