If you are requiring your order urgently, we recommend you selecting Express Post at check out, we will endeavour to prioritise any Express orders. Please include in the order notes when checking out if your order is urgent and you require by a certain date so we can do our very best to accommodate.

Our carriers are working through a peak shipping season, therefore there may be some delays. Unfortunately delays from the carrier may occur from time to time and this is out of our control. We have access to the same tracking details that you do so unfortunately, do not have any further information regarding parcel whereabouts. Australia Post are working around the clock to get your orders to you and we can not stress this enough - delivery times are completely out of our control.
