We are working around the clock to get your orders out as soon as possible however during this peak time,ย there may be some delays.
Any ordersย that any personalised items or custom orders placed after 15th December 2025 may not be delivered before Christmas due to high demand and production time.ย
Local pickups (including personalised orders) can be accommodated up until Monday 22nd December.
If you are requiring your order urgently, we recommend you selecting Express Post at check out, we will endeavor to prioritise any Express orders, but depending on your location, it still may not arrive before Christmas.
DELIVERYย DELAYS
Our carriers are working through a peak shipping season, therefore there may be some delays. Unfortunately delaysย from the carrier may occur from time to time and this is out of our control.ย We have access to the same tracking details that you do so unfortunately, do not have any further information regarding parcelย whereabouts.ย Australia Post are working around the clock to get your orders to you and we can not stress this enough - delivery times are completely out of our control.ย ย You can find further updates on the Australia Post websiteย here

We will be open until 4pm on 23rd December, so any pickups at our Rowville Warehouse can be collected up until this time
We will be closed from Wednesday 24th December and re-opening on Monday 5th January, any orders placed during this time will be shipped once we re-open.
