Yes, absolutely! International shipping is available.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination country.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Yes, if you are located in Melbourne then collection is available from our warehouse in Rowville.

Pickup is available Monday-Thursday 8:30-4pm and Fridays 8:30-12pm however pickup outside of these hours can be arranged by contacting us prior.

All rates are quoted at check out depending on your location. You will have the option of choosing standard or express shipping.

If your order includes a pre-order item (meaning it is due to arrive at a later date), your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

If you would prefer any in-stock items to be shipped earlier, please contact us. An additional shipping fee will apply to split shipments.

Yes, we offer same day delivery within Melbourne.

Orders must be placed by 12pm (AEST) to qualify.

Same day delivery is available on selected products and delivery areas and will be shown at checkout when eligible.

Our gifts are carefully packed into a Kraft postage gift box, designed to keep your items safe during shipping and finished with Fauve + Co branding.

Gift wrapping is $4.95 which includes a gift postcard with a personalised message, which you can add at checkout.

Items purchased individually from the Shop by Category collection are packaged in a compostable satchel.

We use Hero Packaging satchels, which are 100% home compostable 🌱

Of course! If our pre-designed gift boxes aren’t quite what you’re looking for, head to our Build Your Own section where you can fully customise your gift box by selecting each item you’d like to include.

No pricing or invoices are included inside our parcels, making our gift boxes perfect for sending directly to the recipient.

Order confirmation and pricing details are sent only to the email address used at checkout.

As our personalised products are made to order, we do not offer returns for change of mind on these items.

We do accept returns on non-personalised items, provided they are returned within 7 days of delivery, are unused and in as-new condition, and are sent back at the customer’s expense.

We understand that sometimes plans change. Order cancellations can be accepted provided your order has not yet been shipped or, in the case of personalised items, production has not yet begun.

If your cancellation request is received before dispatch or personalisation, we can issue a refund for the full order value minus a 10% handling fee. This fee helps cover transaction costs charged to us by payment providers such as PayPal, Afterpay and credit card processors.

Please note that once an order has been shipped or personalisation has commenced, cancellations are no longer possible.

As we begin personalising orders quickly, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

At this stage, we do not offer live previews. However, our embroidery and engraving are completed exactly as entered at checkout, so please double-check spelling and dates before placing your order.

Many of our products are suitable from birth, however we always recommend adult supervision when using items such as teethers and toys.

Age recommendations can be found in individual product descriptions.

Yes. These are made using the high quality, 100% food grade silicone beads that are free from BPA, lead, cadmium, phthalates, PVC and latex. They will not absorb odour or support the growth of mould, fungus or bacteria. Our supplier sources their beads from reputable manufacturers that have had their quality management system independently certified to ISO:9001 standards. All silicone beads have been tested to ensure they comply with the Australian safety standard AU/NZS ISO:8124:3:2012 - migration of certain elements.

The teething rings are made from hard maple wood, making them perfect for extended chewing and drooling. We prefer not to treat any of our wooden materials with oils or waxes to avoid sensitivities and allergies. You may wish to do this yourself and we recommend coconut or olive oil or bees wax.

To care for all silicone and wooden products, wash in mild soapy water and air dry. In most cases, wooden products just need to be wiped over with a cloth, do not allow to be soaked in water. Our wooden products are untreated, if you would like them polished, combine coconut oil and beeswax to coat the timber.

Yes! While we’re well known for baby gifts, we also offer personalised gifts for birthdays, first birthdays, children and special occasions.
