Shipping Info
All parcels are sent via Australia Post or Couriers Please and a tracking number will be sent to your email address. Fauve + Co is not responsible for loss or any damage to your package.
Unfortunately delays from the carrier may occur from time to time and this is out of our control. If nobody is home to receive the order, the carrier reserves the right to leave in a safe place if there is a safe place to do so. If the driver does not believe there is a safe place, the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office or collection point for collection. Fauve + Co is not liable for parcels that show as delivered and go missing (this is also not covered under insurance). If you would like someone to sign for the delivery rather than being left in a safe place, please ensure you contact us to request this.

Delivery Timeframe
Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding personalised items or during peak times). Delivery time frame is estimated between 2-5 workings days (within Australia) and in some cases up to 10 working days (eg. Perth, rural or remote locations). If you require a quicker delivery time, please select Express Post as the option during checkout.

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
The buyer or receiver is responsible fo paying the customs duties on receipt of the package.
Fauve + Co are not to be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
Incorrect Address or Returned Parcels
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will need to pass on the postage charge to send it again. Alternatively, we can issue a refund less the shipping costs. If a parcel is undeliverable to the gift recipient, we will be in touch with the person who placed the order to discuss options.
Return Policy
We want your shopping experience with Fauve + Co to be as easy and problem free as possible and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Faulty /Damaged Items
If any of our products are faulty or damaged, we will happily replace them or offer a refund. Please send through your order number, details of the issue and photos to info@fauveandco.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.We will provide you a return authorisation form to be included with the goods which will need to be returned to us.
Returns
If you would like to return a Fauve + Co product because you have changed your mind, we will happily assist with providing a credit note or exchanging your product if we are notified within 7 days of you receiving the item (excluding personalised items).All postage and packaging costs will be the customer's responsibility. In the rare event of a return, please ensure your returned item meets the following conditions:
- Goods must be in their original condition – unused, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Return delivery costs and liability of the product/s to be exchanged are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend returning product/s via registered or Express Post with a tracking number, unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for parcels that do not arrive to us. Original delivery costs will not be reimbursed and re-delivery fee will be charged.
- You must notify us by email info@fauveandco.com.au advising reason for return and if you’re seeking a credit note or exchange. If requesting an exchange, we will need to receive the original goods back before the replacement item is sent
