Embroidery is applied to fabric items such as blankets, clothing, and soft toys using thread stitched into the fabric. It is durable, washable, and softens in feel over time with the fabric. Engraving is applied to hard surfaces like timber and acrylic keepsake items and milestone discs using laser engraving that creates a permanent, precise mark. Both methods are used in our studio depending on the product type.
Personalised items are custom-made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged on the basis of change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or with an error made on our part, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will rectify the issue.
